Professional achievements:

While I was attending college, I was able to work SG Media Marketing as a digital media planner. I worked remotely and was able to learn marketing concepts in radio, TV, and print while attending classes. The experience I gained gave me a foundation for understanding effective communication through creative content while targeting customers through demographics. This experience showed me how to measure campaign strategies, through Neilson ratings, to concoct the most efficient communication strategies. Working for a consulting firm taught me how to be prioritize other company's organizational goals while creating action plans.

I graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Marketing Managment. I was lucky enough to get a job offer from Enterprise Holdings after receiving my degree. I learned what ingredients are needed to build a small family business into a large multi-billion-dollar conglomerate. Having hands on experience in my own branch allowed me to learn how managing people correctly can produce revenue. My experience gave me a deep understanding of the cause and effects of inputs and variable in business. As a manager, constant interaction with different cultures, genders, and opinions sharpened my ability to effectively communicate. Picking up customers and providing personalize service taught me how customer service alone can drive growth and is a priority. Enterprise allowed me to transfer tangible skills I learned in athletics and build on them in a corporate setting.

I wanted to be involved with the medical community and contribute to their mission to help others. I started with no medical background, no knowledge of the Latin language, and no formal anatomy education. My first position in the medical device community was a National Sales Representative where I managed a 15-state territory. My responsibilities involved the surgical and non – invasive division within the company’s vascular division. I became an expert on vascular flow in the human body. My job was to build pipelines in multiple territories. Managing national operations in a large geographical territory perfected my ability of managing my time based off priorities. Potential client and customers have different desires and needs. I learned how to use different forms of technology to match and exceed clients demands. I mastered the art of presentation during my time in the medical field. It was a normal day to fly on site and present in front of 15—20 medical professionals on processes and procedures of my product.
