There has been a myriad of books on correct ways to manage and reduce time in the sales cycle. We agree and learn from most of them while trying to make the suggestions applicable to our current role. Throughout my career I have found creative ways, through my own trail and errors, to manipulate demand by molding sales processes. Every market condition is different, but we always need to have a successful baseline to start from.


I will show you what my baseline sales cycle is comprised of and give you a detailed explanation of my first step, prospecting. I have included an outline of what my personal sales cycle is below. This process is a compilation of eighteen years of experience in the medical device, transportation, and media marketing industries. This approach has led me to double digit year over year growth in multiple industries.
